Preconditions

As we know, it's available to directly export a report on CX3 from Main Menu>Data>Report when a USB drive is plugged. Before exporting, please first make sure the things below:

  1. Working time is well scheduled. (Main Menu>Advanced>Schedule)
  2. There are at least two valid records, including punch status IN and OUT of one working shift.

Q: What is a valid record?

A: The punch time with its corresponding punch status (IN or OUT).

In other words, the punch is invalid and will not be recorded if it is not within the scheduled working shift time IN or OUT.

For example: A working time is scheduled as IN: 8:00-12:00, OUT:12:01-12:30

The report can be exported when records are included

✔ 8:01 and 12:01        ✔ 9:30 and 12:15        ✔ 11:25 and 12:20          ✔......

The report can't be exported when records are included

✘ 7:00 and 8:30          ✘ 8:30 and 9:00          ✘ 8:40 and 13:00            ✘ ......

(7:00 is invalid)        (All valid but no OUT)       (13:00 is invalid)

Procedure

For correct steps of exporting a report on CX3, you can refer to How to export reports on CX3

How to fix?

1. "No record"

If you have completed the preconditions and still meet this error, please check if there are records in the date range of the report and if the valid records are created after scheduling.

Making new valid records can fix this.

2. "Folder path doesn't exist"

This error will appear when the U disk is not used, or the device does not detect it.

We suggest you change to another flash drive to try.

Recommended Flash Drive Requirement:
     1. Empty Flash Drive.
     2. FAT file system. (Right-click USB Drive and click 'Properties' to check the Flash Drive file system)
     3. Memory Size under 8GB.

If the problem still persists, please share pictures or videos to show the records and all related settings to us.(care@anviz.com)
