How to set up Daylight Saving Time (DST) for Anviz Products (CrossChex Cloud)

The settings below apply to all devices that feature CrossChex Cloud.

Please note that not all countries have DST, so you need to set DST according to your local time.

Before starting, ensure you have signed up and logged into the CrossChex Cloud service.

Step 1: When you enter the account, please click Settings to start

Step 2: In the Settings page, please click General to Time & Date Setup, where you can find the DST settings.

Step 3:  Please enable DST before setting. 

Take the United States as an example.

The DST of the US starts from Sunday, Mar 10, 2024, to Sunday, Nov 3, 2024, i.e., the 2nd Sunday of March to the 1st Sunday of November. (Check the screenshot above)

Please ensure you set the DST Bias correctly, which refers to the Hours you want to turn forward (Generally 1 hour in most countries).

To finish, remember to click Confirm to save all the settings.
