Upgrades Made and to Come

1. 2024: Significant upgrades to attendance management workflows, diversified reporting, and email notifications
2. 2025: Expansion to include payroll system integration, access control, video surveillance, and other tools to create a comprehensive smart office ecosystem.

To support these advancements, we are introducing a subscription-based model for CrossChex Cloud.

Policy Update Details

Free Tier:

1. 1 administrator account + 1 connected device.
2. No cost for basic usage.

Subscription Plans:

1. Additional administrator: $199/year per account.
2. Additional devices: $99/year per device.

Transition Timeline

Grace Period: February 24, 2025 – June 1, 2025: All users retain full access at no charge.

Post-June 1, 2025: Accounts exceeding the free tier limits will require a subscription. Your free-tier access remains unaffected.

Key Actions for Users

1. Continue Free Usage: No action is needed if you use 1 administrator + 1 device.
2. Upgrade Seamlessly: Purchase licenses for additional administrators/devices via our Product portal.
