How to Move from CrossChex Cloud to CrossChex Standard

Dear Customers,

We're sorry that the subscription-based CrossChex Cloud fails to meet your expectations for an easy-to-operate, affordable Cloud solution. Please understand that we must switch to a subscription-based model to develop the cloud solution better. 

If you have decided not to use CrossChex Cloud any longer, below is another solution for you to keep using our products and services, CrossChex Standard.

CrossChex Standard, an on-premise solution for TA&AC, has stood the test for many years and is stable and powerful. 

Below are the steps you can follow to switch from CrossChex Cloud to CrossChex Standard. 

#1 Back up the users and data on CrossChex Cloud.

You can export the users, records, and reports generated on CrossChex Cloud for the previous three months if you need to check them later.

#2 Download CrossChex Standard (V5.0.5) and Connect the devices.

Note: Our CrossChex Standard supports MS Access and SQL Server databases.

#3 Back up the users and data saved in the devices. 

After you add the devices to CrossChex Standard, back up the users and all the other data in the devices.

#4 Set up the shift and schedule for your employees.

#5 Check and export the TA reports.

At the end of each month, you can check your employees' records and the reports generated in the program.

We offer multiple reports for your review, which you can check on our program.
