Boot Loop solution_Anviz Devices

This is a guidebook on the boot loop issue. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue. 

Issue description: 

Devices enter a constant boot loop after power-up and can't access the menu.

Preparations: 

Let's take VF30 Pro as an example.

Boot loop solution_Preps

#1 Download the U-Boot file and firmware 03.40.D8.

#2 Download the upgrade tool.

#3 Connect the device by Ethernet cable after powering up.

Process:

#1 Press the button "1" repeatedly to enter the device debug mode.

#2 Open the Upgrade tool and enter the IP address.

#3 Select the U-Boot file (vf30pro.zip) and upgrade.

#4 Select the firmware (vf30pro.zip) and upgrade.

Note: Please delete the U-Boot file before the firmware update, as the two files share the same name.

Please ensure the file names are not changed. 

#5 Done. The device enters the menu without issue. 

Sometimes, the display may show like this. If so, you also need to upgrade the display drive; you can check and download it from the Google Drive above.
